We also work with a fantastic company that provides a web casting service and video conferencing. Unlike other video conferencing services this one enables remote participants the chance to ask questions of the speaker and to view the presentation materials as seen by the audience in real time. The presentation can be stored to be accessed at a time convenient to the remote participant and they can still ask questions which are then forwarded by email. This system encourages much more participation from remote participants.
